Another warm Spring day… and it looks like little Theo may have found the first dandelion of the season! Luckily, he had the perfect little vase to put it in!!! Thanks for sharing Allyn!

An early morning throwing more than ten pieces before 10:00am.
This time working on wall pocket vases… thrown upside-down!

Second day of Spring… and I’m already loving our little heatwave & so are the early-Spring flowers!

Spring is in the air… which also means DREAM HUT is open again!
And we celebrated with yummy ice cream & a beautiful sunset!

Although it does look like their sign could use a little help?!

Another productive day… working on some new vases for an upcoming soda kiln firing.
Lots of stamping & “oval-sizing” today! Gosh I love ovals…

Celebrating today as the FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!!
We have a great weather forecast for this weekend… and things are looking encouraging!!!

Kicked-off my day by throwing more than ten pieces before 10:00am.
This time it was a lot of fun throwing little minis off-the-hump.

Okay… so I may have “over-used” my Giffin Grip… if that’s even a thing?
I LOVE my Giffin Grip… but I take it on & off my wheel so many times each week for trimming. After “investigating” the un-centered wobbliness… it appears as though one of the three “connectors” has a small fracture. Three connectors underneath… vertical, vertical, not-so-vertical?! Luckily, Giffin Grip has replacement parts & pieces… so I hope to be able to ”centered” again pretty soon! Of course, this happens on a day when I have a lot of bowls to trim… ugh, centering the old-fashioned way!!! Ha!!!

A very sad Mugshot Monday… when a favorite hybrid mug meets a tickle-fight foot mixed with a little gravity! Looks like the tickle-fight loser will be buying you a new mug very soon Allyn! Thanks for sharing your grief & anguish.

Lots of early-morning stamping to kick-off a snowy Monday morning.
Yes, we got hit with snow & ice overnight… I’m ready for “real” Spring in Chicago!!!
