After two days of storms… a beautiful blue-sky day was a very welcome surprise. Warm sunshine, cooler temperatures & less humidity. Go outside & play!!!

After two nights of crazy storms & two mornings of wet roads & debris… it felt great to finally have clear skies & cooler temps. There were still a lot of trees down & branches strewn about, but the beautiful sunrise made it all seem better!

From dew-covered grasses to shimmering sunrise reflections… today’s ride was quiet & serene… and quite sweaty! The breeze was nice until you stopped moving. Then the sweat kicked in from the early morning heat & humidity already starting the day!

With layered clouds, the morning sky was painted with sunrise color.
So quiet, so serene… so beautiful.

Just clear sailing all morning along the lake… on my bike of course!

Another stunning Sunday bike ride along the lakefront. Great colors. Great fun.
A bit breezy, but well worth the extra pedaling!

Lots of clouds. Lots of colors.
Another beautiful morning riding along the lakefront.
Always the best way to start the day!

A perfectly beautiful day with plenty of blue skies & wispy clouds.
Perfect for an afternoon of playing hooky on my bike!!!

With a bit of a chill in the air, I was surprised this morning by the wind & waves coming in off the lake. Sure, it’s supposed to warm up later today… but this was a bit of a brisk way to start the day!

Another warm & quiet ride along the lakefront this morning. Not a lot of clouds today, but plenty of beautiful sky. The boats are returning to the harbors… a sure sign that summer can’t be all that far away!!!
