Not a cloud in the sky. A quiet start to a beautiful Sunday…
relaxing after a quick roadtrip to Minneapolis & back in my new car! YAY!!!

A bit of a chill to start the day… looking forward to a little warm-up as the day goes on!

A much “quieter” day than yesterday… always enjoying my morning ride.

With an early morning show of color, the sunrise was brief as the clouds
continued to move in… with possible storms predicted for later today!

Back on the bike for another beautiful sunrise. I was afraid that the clouds might win out… but we did get a nice sunrise reveal as the morning progressed. Looks like it’s going to be a nice day… even if the clouds move in even more later today!

Another breezy morning along the lakefront. The clouds shrouded the early morning colors… with just a moment of pink clouds. Luckily, the clouds blew out of the way so we got a bit of sunrise glory in the end. And the ride home was great fun with a brisk tailwind!!!

After a productive morning in the studio, it felt great to get out on my bike this afternoon.
Bright blue sky & turquoise water… and WINDY!!! Gorgeous… as it got up into the low 60’s today!!!

An hour difference… still beautiful. I was hoping for a warmer start to the day, but there was a pretty strong wind this morning keeping the chill in the air. It’s supposed to get pretty warm today… but not quite yet!

Not a cloud in the sky… just a low-lying marine layer of fog shrouding the horizon. Even the City skyline was fogged in as we were also coming off a hard frost overnight. All good though… as it’s supposed to warm up into the 60’s today… and then snow again tomorrow!!! Welcome to the ever-changing in a heartbeat weather in Chicago!!!
