Kickin’ off my Summer Art Fair schedule next weekend at the SCHAUMBURG PRAIRIE ARTS FESTIVAL. The village location is still under construction, so I will once again be on the other grassy side of the park in my “new” location… same as last year Booth 96. It might be a little “hectic” there, but we all look forward to seeing everyone come out for this fun show!

now if they just perhaps had a “prettier’ poster??? Just sayin’…

And while I was at it… what’s one more Matt Metz piece for the collection?! I mean… how could I resist such an amazing sgraffito lidded box jar from him? I already have “a couple” other box jars… but none this small. Until now!!!

What a wonderful weekend up in Minneapolis going to the ST. CROIX VALLEY POTTERY TOUR!!! We had amazing weather which only added to our amazing time! Hanging out with friends, seeing tons of beautiful pottery, chatting with some of my potter friends & “quite possibly” adding a few pieces to my own pottery collection! Allegedly…

Always a great time… and always on Mother’s Day Weekend. So if you didn’t make it this weekend… mark your calendar for next year. I already have… and I’ll see then you up north!!!

Doing a little graphic design at home tonight while I’m “wheel-less”… just making a new postcard for ART IN THE GARDEN 2026. One of my favorite shows… just a group of artsy friends pulling together our own grassroots art fair. This will be our twelfth year… and it just keeps getting better! So mark your calendar for September 12th & 13th in Glenview, Illinois. C’mon by!
