If this is a preview of what it’s going to be like without “LOST” on TV…
I don’t like it.
With only five more hours left of my favorite show on television EVER…
it’s going to be weird not having our favorite island mysteries to be solving any more.
And let me just say… there are still a LOT of unsolved questions to be resolved.
Piecing together the snippets, clues, Easter Eggs and other clues. Over-analyzing!!
Hypothesizing how it’s all going to end. Trying to figure out what the heck is going on?!
Who’s good? Who’s evil. Who will survive till the end? Will anyone make it off the Island
and live “happily ever after”? 4 – 8 – 15 – 16 – 23 – 42…
They are all already dead!
Or Hugo is going to wake up in the nut house and it’s all been a dream.
That can’t be it… they’ve already used that “dream scenario” on Dallas and Bob Newhart?! Although I would agree that SOME of them are already dead. I do believe that Sayeed is dead… drowned in the pool that was supposed to save him. Claire… dead too. Died in her cottage when they bombed the barracks. Both of them… “claimed” by the Evil one, presumably Anti-Locke! And I expected Sun to bite it last week when she had her reunion with Jin. I thought she was going to get zapped when she passed through Widmore’s security pylons. Sadly… no sh-bang!!! Only five hours to go… and a LOT of unanswered questions!!!
And… I’m also still holding out for one of my original theories to come together… that Desmond & Penny will reunite. She has been searching the world for him, and will make her way to the Island. Desmond will make his “sacrifice” thus dying in the process. But Penny won’t live without him, and will take her life as well to spend eternity with him… and thus, they will “become” the Adam & Eve skeletons in the cave!!! Very Shakespearean, don’t ya’ think?!
Now that’s an interesting theory.
Do you watch FlashForward? Angi and I always go to the line from a couple seasons ago when Penny and Desmond were reunited and professed their love to each other when she in a scene.

Desmond & Penny… here goes my complete theory… so you know that her whole “mission” on the show has been to find Desmond so they can live “happily ever after”. Remember, she even had scientists working in the Arctic Circle to find him, remember? She’ll go to all lengths to find him. And remember that Widmore wants to keep them apart at all costs. I’ve also theorized early on that Widmore’s main goal, besides getting rid of Smokey, is to “dip himself” in the Temple “healing pond” to gain eternal life like Richard Alpert. Sounds crazy, I know, but it’s “LOST”… stranger things have happened. But wouldn’t that be great if it all worked out according to my master plan… 1. Widmore dips himself for “eternal life.” 2. Desmond succeeds with his mission and does indeed do the ultimate “sacrifice” knowing it will kill him to save everyone else. 3. Penny finally locates Desmond and arrives on the Island. 4. But can’t live without him, and takes her own life ala Romeo & Juliet. 5. Thus becoming Adam & Eve in the cave. 6. And screwing Mr. Widmore by making him live forever without his beloved Penny that he tried to protect, but to no avail. So?… how does that sound?!
As for “FlashForward”… I started watching it and LOVED it. But then “Survivor” started in the same time slot and I had to choose as my TiVo only records one show at a time. And since I run a gambling pool for “Survivor” – I had to make the tough choice. I watched “FlashForward” up until just before “Charlie the Hobbit” showed up as the bad guy. I will definitely rent the DVD’s and get caught up as soon as they come out as a full season! But here’s the crazy theory I was considering… what if “LOST” ended and it somehow “morphed” into “FlashForward”??? That the time traveling flashes on the Island… that took us to “LOST” Sideways World… why not take us to “FlashForward” time & place?! Charlie’s already there… Penny’s already there… their both on ABC… again, stranger things have happened!!!
