Gary Jackson: Fire When Ready Pottery
A Chicago potter’s somewhat slanted view of clay & play
Categories: art fair

So this weekend I’m venturing out for another fine art festival.
This time I’m headed out to the western suburb of Hinsdale…
which is not as far away as you think it might be!

Hinsdale Fine Arts Festival
Saturday, June 12th, 2010 – 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday, June 13th, 2010 – 10:00am-5:00pm

Burlington Park on Chicago Avenue between Washington & Garfield Streets
in Hinsdale, Illinois. I’ll be in the same space as always… Booth #101.
Kind of in the northeast section of the art fair… just look for my pottery flag!

Plenty of pottery for your home and garden – as well as gifts for Dads & Grads!
Functional pieces liek mugs, bowls, platters, vases, soap dispensers and more.
And as always, food-safe, dishwasher safe & microwaveable… use ’em everyday!
Plus decorative items like my “ClayQuilt” tiled wall pieces, ceramic birdhouses
ikebana vase, salt & pepper shakers, flower pots and new floral wall pockets!
In fact… the burdhouses are SO new, they’re coming out of the kiln tomorrow!

So mark your calendar for this weekend – as the perfect chance to come relax
in the park and enjoy some art at the same time!
