So I may be a year older… not so sure about a year wiser? But I still self-admittedly have the palate of a four-year old… and yes, I LOVE Jell-O!!! So I was quite excited when I found these at my favorite place… Lickity Split. Question though… do I eat them now or add them to the Jell-O Collection in my kitchen???
Yep, good thing I rode my bike this morning!!! As it was a fun day full of sweet treats! Including a wonderful cheesecake at lunch with brownies, caramel & hot fudge. Not to be out-done with some late-night ice cream from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams… with a trio of “unique” Fall flavors!!!
Yummy & fun pizza dinner tonight with friends at Parlor Pizza…
only made better with a great “pizza mural” on the side of the building!!!
Gotta love a good Fall Farmers Market… when they have big bags of crunchy-sweet apples! And you also gotta love having a big pottery bowl to put them in!!!
Just a quick sandwich before teaching class tonight. And you know I love a good “holiday.” So I’m celebrating NATIONAL FLUFFERNUTTER DAY!!! A whimsical sandwich on a whimsical plate made by my pottery pal Cory McCrory! My favorite “collaborator” unknowingly collaborating on my tasty celebration!!!
Celebrating another yummy holiday… late night snacks tonight for NATIONAL HOMEMADE COOKIE DAY!!! Special thanks to Christine for making these yummy pumpkin spice oatmeal chocolate cookies for our pottery class last night!!!
Gotta love when one of your art fair friends brings homegrown tomatoes to share for a lunchtime snack!!! Just wish I had a bowl to put them in… oh, wait a minute… I think I do!!! Thanks Cheryl for sharing… and if you come to The Barn, she’s directly above me with her beautiful mixed-media paintings!
You gotta love when a former student knows that you “might” have a certain obsession…
and decides to leave a thematic treat on your Teacher’ s Shelf!
Thanks Taylor… the Coca-Cola OREO cookies were great,
not so sure about this soda pop version ?!
And since I don’t drink caffeinated beverages, I might need to rely on someone else’s review?! … or just keep it as a souvenir?! Trust me though… we don’t need to see me on caffeine… that can’t be pretty!!!
Just when you thought they couldn’t top themselves…
the crazy folks at OREO’s have done it!!!
A crazy cross-collaboration with Coca-Cola! Yep, this week we tried the Coca-Cola flavored OREOs in my pottery classes!!! Much better than I expected… with two-color cookies… so “on-brand”… and just a little dash of carbonation!!! No, seriously…
We also had a can of OREO-flavored Coca-Cola! I didn’t try it… since I swore off caffeinated sodas over 30 years ago as a New Years Resolution! Don’t want to break it now… and trust me, no one needs to see me all hopped up on caffeine! I’m a bit too much already!!! Ha!!!
