Okay, so by now you may have noticed that I’m more of a SUNRISE guy.
Living in Chicago, we have a much better sunrise view over Lake Michigan.
Sunsets are frequently “hidden” by buildings, street lights and a lot of visual garbage.
So I was excited to see my cousin David getting into the act and sharing his SUNSET
while vacationing in Hawaii.

I love trimming. I love a good foot ring.
So today was quite satisfying in both stoneware and porcelain.

So now they’re just ready & waiting for a few good handles…

Clear skies… but still a lot of wind & splashing waves all around. And a large “pond” on the beach that wasn’t there yesterday?! The lake shore is actually on the other side of the lifeguard stand.

How did it get to be September already?
That’s crazy. Summer went by far too fast. I don’t like it.
So I’m just going to call today August 32nd instead.
