Another pretty green platter fresh out of the kiln. A beautiful green glaze that highlights the stamped patterns & textures, as well as the concentric circles in the center… an ever-so-slight diversion from my typical spiral-addiction!!!

Kickin’ off Day Two of MUD & METAL : My Second Holiday Home Show with plenty of textures for everyone!!! We’re open until 6:00pm today… c’mon by! Even if it’s just to hang-out on my sofa!
Waiting for a delayed “L†train… getting the blues?!
Two of my favorite stamped bowls that came out of the soda kiln. I love the how the tenmoku glaze highlighted all of the stamping… and how the green glaze transitions to blue across the bowl where the soda hit it. It’s always so difficult to NOT keep all of these beautiful bowls for myself! So these two large bowls will be part of my HOLIDAY HOME SHOW this weekend!!!
Just two stamped & soda-fired textures for a little TEXTURE TUESDAY! Inlaid with tenmoku glaze to make them POP!!!

So my textured picture frames just came out of the glaze kiln… and I’m totally diggin’ the colors, the textures and how well they’re all playing together! Now I just need to pair them up with Mary Foster’s mini-paintings for THE COZY COTTAGE POP-UP this Friday & Saturday. Always fun to put her colorful gouache paintings in my textured picture frames!
The coolest pumpkin I could find… you know how I like my pumpkins to have warts!!! And MORE IS MORE… even with warts!!! Remember when pumpkins were just orange & smooth?!
Pretty little pink pokers… a pop of color & some fun natural textures for another Texture Tuesday!
Celebrating another TEXTURE TUESDAY with a collection of my stamped & soda-fired square vases. The textures are fun… especially because there’s a different textured pattern on the other side of each vase!!! Get tired of one side?… just turn it around.
Looks like this might be my final dahlia in the garden, but it sure is a STUNNER… well worth the wait!!! And another great opportunity for a natural TEXTURE TUESDAY!
