Like metalsmith Sarah Chapman who made all of these beauties… which you can come see tomorrow in person at the ONE OF A KIND SHOW at the Merchandise Mart downtown. I’ll be there helping her again tomorrow in Booth 2118 until 5:00pm. Be sure to stop by… her work is AMAZING!

Catherine, one of my pottery students, had been covering this Sarah Chapman necklace on her website. Just a couple days ago… it SOLD to someone else! Guess Catherine is going to need to find a new one at the ONE OF A KIND SHOW … this weekend at the Merchandise Mart Booth 2118.

We had a wonderful day at the HINSDALE FINE ARTS FESTIVAL today. Incredible weather, nice shade, sweet breeze… and a great booth neighbor to play with! I’ve know Rhonda Gurgone for a couple years now from the art fair circuit… but we’ve never gotten quite this much time to hang out together. If you happen to swing by the fair tomorrow, be sure to pop in to say “Hi”, She makes great jewelry pieces out of vintage & historical buttons. You can tell that she loves what she does… and LOVES sharing the stories behind every button!!!!

This past weekend should have been the big “One Of A Kind Show” here in Chicago, but with all of the craziness going on they’ve gone virtual too. Trying everything they can to help promote their artists. So take the tour of her beautiful space where she makes her beautiful work!
