Tonight in my pottery class, we kinda celebrated NATIONAL PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE DAY. Well, it wasn’t actually “cheesecake” but… Christine made these amazing gingersnap cookies with a yummy pumpkin fluff “frosting!” Tasted pretty close to cheesecake… so I’ll call it a day! Thanks Christine!!!!

Another warm morning to start the day… surprisingly warm!
Today was amazing… it felt almost like summer again! And I’m here for it!!!

There were just a couple “survivors” still hanging in there…
now in their own tiny little vase!

Okay… I think they’re dead?! HA!!!

Sure, despite popular opinion… not “every” meal is OREOs.
Sometimes something green sneaks in!
Not my first choice, but everything tastes better in handmade pottery!!!

Early morning sunrise with complementary colors… orange & blue.

One color to the next… “Good morning color, you look great today!” 🤣

With some much-welcomed sun streaming through, I was enamored by these little pink berries I had never noticed before?! I believe the plant is an invasive vine/bush called “Spindle”???… at least according to my phone’s plant app!!! Still cute though!

One of my stamped & soda-fired totem poles down in Central Illinois getting ready for Fall. Plants are withering & leaves are starting to turn & fall… love seeing this through the seasons!

“Birthday Week” continues with my favorite breakfast treat from my favorite bakery! A wonderfully gooey Fruit Pizza from Jarosch Bakery in Elk Grove Village. Yummy AND a great childhood flashback!!!
