The sunrise was pretty amazing… but the clouds blowing in behind it were a bit more ominous. A sign of things to come today…

Warm breezes & calico clouds. Much different from the vibrant textured oranges of yesterday… but equally STUNNING. So nice to have another unusually warm day… but it sounds like our run of 70-degree days might come to a crashing end today as the temps are supposed to drop drastically later today!!!

And the beautifully warm weather continues today. YAY!!! Plenty of clouds hanging out for the sunrise color to play with. Dark saturated colors at the start evolving into crazy, cool orange textured clouds! Looks like it’s going to be another AMAZING day!… especially amazing for November!!!

Warm & cloud… with just a slight glimmer of color on the horizon. Only lasted but a few seconds… and then back to clouds… and a few blue skies peeking through!

Not a cloud in the sky. Just a stiff breeze from the west and clear sailing down the lakefront bike trail. Again, the best way to start my day… especially on these warmer days when I don’t need all kinds of crazy layers of clothing!!!

Icicles, already?!!!
You’ve got to be kidding!

Sure, it felt a little colder this morning when I set-out on my bike… but I am by no means ready for THIS!!! It was a beautiful sweeping sunrise with a nice splash of color! But it was the frozen splashes on the pier fencing making the first icicles of the season that really struck me. Yep, struck me as too soon. TOO SOON!!!

So it’s quite fitting that we had a beautiful orange sky this morning! Not any clouds, just some crashing waves, tree silhouettes & flashing lighthouses! Have a beautiful day of trick-or-treating… stay safe!!!

It started out as a cold & clear morning sky… with some low-flying clouds to delay the sunrise! But then by the time I got down to the City, a large mass of clouds blew in from the west. Sure, the chilly breeze was coming in that way too… but it sure made for an interesting & colorful sky show over the City!

What a difference a little “focus” can make!
