The morning started with beautifully saturated calico clouds. As the breeze blew through the City they dissipated a bit, but kept the drama on the horizon.

Beautifully colored calico clouds spotted across the sky. Followed by gentle rolling waves that created wonderful reflections of my “floating” bike on the water’s edge.

Another beautiful morning dappled with clouds.
The sun played with the clouds… illuminating them from below.
And beautiful rippled reflections of the sunrise.

Spotty clouds over the water with bigger clouds blowing through the City. So dense that the tops of the buildings seemed to me missing?! Beautiful sunrise & sunbeams one way, truncated buildings the other.

Not a cloud in the sky. Just clear skies and quiet ripples in the water. Quite the serene sunrise this morning.

Big clouds moving towards the city this morning. Started out with some vibrant colors with a lot of drama. The colors dissipated, but the drama stayed. Soon enough we were treated to some wonderful ripple reflections across the water.

Not much sun this morning. Just a lot of clouds scattered across the sky. Still the perfect bike ride to work out & loosen up some of those post-Triathlon kinks here & there.

Stunning colors before the clouds. Incredible pinks, reds and purples. Lots of clouds for the sunrise to splash across. Yet all too soon, those same clouds took over and obliterated the sunrise all together. At least it started out nice, right?! And one last “training” bike ride beofre this weekend’s big Tri race!

Big sunrise sky show this morning. Huge.
So big that just ONE big photo couldn’t capture it… so here’s THREE.
What starts out bright & vibrant all too soon dissipates in the morning sky. Enjoy.
