No scurvy here… just some large clementines in a stamped & glazed bowl. Loving the color combination of the orange & green together!

Hanging out in the studio tonight painting colored flashing slip accents on a bunch of mini’s… and watching the Olympic Opening Ceremonies in Paris! The pomp & circumstance… the performances… the theatricality of it all… oh, and the athletes too.
The Opening Ceremonies are always my favorite part of The Olympics…
what are you looking forward to most???
Celebrating another Floral Friday… with my Glenview art fair booth flowers from last weekend that are still holding up really well. And looking great in an oval vase that “spreads them out” a bit more so you can see more flowers!!!
After a full day of Summer Camp… followed by an evening in my studio… I felt that I “deserved” to celebrate NATIONAL HOT FUDGE SUNDAE DAY when I got home!!! … burp.
This just in… and perfect for another MUGSHOT MONDAY!
“Gary, Just bought my mug in Glenview yesterday and today I shared some tea with my giraffe collection. I love my new mug. Thanks for making it!” – Marcia
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by my booth in Glenview this past weekend. I had so much fun seeing everyone, chatting with a bunch of pottery fans & watching a LOT of pottery go off to their new homes! We had amazing weather both days… especially under my shade tree with a nice cooling breeze!!!
Another batch of mugs assembled with fresh handles!!!
Little tiny pots need little tiny stamps, right???
I mean, just because they’re smaller doesn’t mean they should go unadorned!!!
That would just be wrong…
After last Tuesday’s class demo on making “not-so-basic-bowls”… there may have been a bit more detailing that happened up in my studio?! HA!!! After a couple nights under plastic, I pulled the demo bowls out and started stamping & indenting the rims to make them even more fun & even less basic!!!
Just finished my first week of Summer Camp…
and just decorating another platter in my studio after the kids have left!
