Okay, so I’ve been resisting it for awhile now…
Several people have told me that I really need to get started on Instagram.
I’ve been avoiding it for quite awhile. Not sure  “why” I really need to do it.
I’m already so busy with blogging & Facebook.

But when I got to Minneapolis, and went to dinner with friends… Emily Murphy “spearheaded the campaign” and got me set-up on my iPhone right there at the diner table. For those who remember, she’s ALSO the one who “spearheaded” by blogging adventure too! So now I’m on Instagram?!… and need to start posting some photos!!! Maybe tomorrow…

So when you get a chance, do a quick search for me and/or Fire When Ready Pottery and start following on Instagram too!! I’m not really sure yet what this new adventure will become, but I’m onboard and ready to give it a try!

The weekend started out nice and Spring was definitely in the air at the Chicago Botanic Garden yesterday. I bet these beautiful flowers are enjoying the rain today… a lot more than me!

And so nice to finally see Spring flowers blooming all over… Winter “might” finally be over?!!!

And I’m kinda obsessed with this crazy cool plant. No idea what it is… but, c’mon… look at those leaves, flowers, berries, twigs, colors and textures!!! It’s like a weird textural bouquet on top of the a plant – growing naturally like this!!!

The weather was so nice yesterday that I took a stroll around the grounds including the Japanese Garden Island.

And so nice to see the waterfalls flowing… and NOT frozen over!!!

Unseasonal weather today for these beautiful sunset panoramas.

Last Sunday was STUNNING.
Sunny, clear and full of Fall color everywhere you looked.
But with the sudden decline of the weather this week… cold, rain, gusty winds and even snow… I’m pretty sure this is the last of the Fall colors we’ll see this year. I hope you enjoy my Fall photo tour along the lakefront from last Sunday… and that it might keep you “warm” through the frozen months to come!
