Another wonderful installment from the folks at Cirque du Soleil… and even better… this time it’s a SING-A-LONG!!! And for those of you who don’t already know the words… like I do… they’ll run the words along the bottom so you can sing along too! They feature quite a few of their shows in this montage… only two of which I haven’t seen live!

Another morning & another ride with low-flying ribbons of clouds and some waves crashing in for dramatic effect.

A lovely little find on a park bench this morning. Sunrise shadows on this little reminder to love one another… especially during these trying times!

We’re not done yet… keep cleaning & wiping down everything…
and don’t even think about going to that place where everybody knows your name!!!

A sad sign of these crazy times!
No swinging around these days!!! Play it safe. No playground for you!

Here’s a little musical interlude to brighten your day… now taking on a slightly different message than it did back in 1980 when The Police first released it. Enjoy… and don’t stand so close to me… SIX FEET PLEASE!!!

Just a reminder… as seen this morning on one of the boulders along the lakefront near Northwestern University. Stay safe, stay healthy… but don’t give up on the adventures!

With the Lakefront Bike Trail still shut-down, I’ve been going in the other direction! Yesterday I made my way up north through a maze of side streets to get to The Bahai Temple. I don’t know much about the faith, but I will say that I think this is one of the most beautiful buildings in the Chicagoland area! With over-the-top ornate design on every surface… they don’t make them like this any more!

And I apologize in advance… there are a LOT of photos in the Photo Album. I edited it down as far as I could… but the building is gorgeous from every angle, every frame, every detail.

But this was yesterday’s bike ride destination…
still self-isolating… still riding by myself.

And if you look at the photos, there were only TWO other people on the property while I was there! CAN YOU FIND THEM IN THE PHOTOS??? They’re there somewhere!

So I was “extra” productive this afternoon…
I separated this bottle of coins into four separate bottles.
I mean, it just HAD to be done, right?!!!

So what did YOU accomplish today???

Seemed oddly appropriate for today’s studio background movie… HAKUNA MATATA. It means no worries, for the rest of your days! It’s our problem-free, philosophy... HAKUNA MATATA.

And yes, you can thank me now for getting that little diddy stuck in your head for the rest of the day !!
