And to quote a text from my friend Pammy…
“Your mug brightens my ho-hum day.”
Glad I could be there for her!!!

Well, this cuteness is sure to boost my algorithms, right?!
This is little Benjamin… or Benno… adorable son of Molly & Jacob! You may remember previous posts about “Team Lavender” students in many of my pottery classes… like the last LILLSTREET THROWDOWN.

And… if you look REALLY CLOSE at the top left corner of the next picture… really close… you can see a couple of the ceramic baby blocks the THROWDOWN class made for them as a baby gift a year ago!
My how time flies & kids grow-up… even during a pandemic!!!

Looks like a yummy & healthy breakfast to start the day. Oatmeal & blueberries in a soda-fired bowl… by you know who! Thanks for sharing your morning with us Allison!

It’s been a long time coming, but this cute little succulent has finally started blooming. It has been working on sending up these flower stalks for months, and now it seems like it’s enjoying the bright sun with these tender little blossoms! Not so sure what kind it is… but it’s loving its new home… and the cute little flower stake by my friend Cory McCrory!

My friend & master metalsmith Sarah Chapman put out a challenge at the start of the New Year to make a “chain†every month of 2021. You know how much I love a good challenge… and no one ever said it had to be metal, right?!

And here’s the details from Sarah…

Well, the snow has started to come down… and it looks like my friend Rosene has settled-in with a warm bowl of homemade soup to get her through the snowstorm! At least they’re “predicting” a good amount of snow… we’ll see if they got it right or not?!

What an ADORABLE way to start my day!
With an “adorable” preschool teacher (and an “adorable” assistant) reading a book to her class kids on a YouTube video! She reads “Bear Snores On”… and talks about drinking warm beverages when it’s cold outside. Then she shows off some of her favorite mugs… and lookey there… MINE is one of them!!! Thanks for sharing Jody…. and great story too!!!
Perfect timing for another MUGSHOT MONDAY!!!

But my favorite part is that she holds up the bottom of my mug to show the preschoolers my name… upside-down and CURSIVE!!! Like they even know what cursive is… them or thousands of other school kids these days!!! Ha!!!

Click here for the link to the YouTube video if you want to watch “Miss Jody” read the bok and show -off some of her favorite mugs!!!
Excited to get another batch of beautiful postcards from THE POSTCARD CLUB in the mail today! Sure, I could just send an e-mail from my laptop… but isn’t it a lot more fun to get a handwritten note in the mail???
Now I need to decide who’s gonna get these ones??

If you’d like to get quarterly postcards in the too, to “begin you snail mail adventure”… check out www.thepostcardclub.com.

Looks like my pal Allison is starting her day of right…
with a bit of morning steam from her “wake-up call” in one of my mugs! Thanks for sharing your morning with us on Instagram @apmolloy !

Looks like someone’s new plates are making the perfect backdrop for another Breakfast of Champions! Thanks Rosene for sharing your yummy morning feast!
