Well, I started out shopping for gifts, but I found this great “retro” Merry Christmas pillow at DISTRICT on Damen. One of my pottery students owns & runs the store… and I ended up buying this pillow for myself… LOVE IT… Merry Christmas to ME!!!

Looks like Christmas came early for these two… with Kristy & Matt spreading a little pottery love & Christmas magic with their friends! While at the same time showing off their own ever-growing pottery collection on those cool floating shelves in the background of their kitchen!

The latest addition to my handmade Christmas ornament collection! An adorable little polar bear lovingly crocheted by my friend & Holiday Elf Rachel.

So excited to add two new Cory McCrory ornaments to my Christmas tree this year! Such an adorable addition to my handmade ornament collection! Cory makes amazing pieces handbuilt with paper clay, great textures, fun colors… and always a dash of whimsy!!! I mean… who doesn’t need a chicken and a bunny on their tree?!

And they’re BELLS too!!! That Cory McCrory thinks of everything!!!

My friend Carla was walking through her neighborhood and saw one of my pots “out in the wild.” And she thought she needed to “capture” it and send it my way! So of course, I had to share… scratches, glares, reflections and all.

Had a fun day today hanging out with My Talented Friend Sarah Chapman at the ONE OF A KIND SHOW at the Merchandise Mart. She’s showing off her incredible metalsmithing skills this weekend in Booth #2118. She’ll be at it again tomorrow… and I’ll once again be hanging with her for the day.
