Looks like Kristy was making something yummy for a little Labor Day get-together… or maybe just a fun lunch?! Loving the color contrast with the cobalt blue bowl!

After a nice sunrise bike ride… what could be better than some gourmet donuts?! They’ve kind of become an annual “tradition” for Day Two of ART IN THE GARDEN. I like to stop by JOE DONUTS in Glenview to pick-up these yummy treats for the artists before the show starts! I cut them all in half so you can try more than one kind without feeling too guilty about it. Not too unexpected… but I ate MORE than my share as the box ended up behind my booth when the art fair started!

Looks like my buddy Allison is serving up a yummy breakfast this morning before her high school classes start remotely this morning! Also enjoying some handmade pottery for her morning ritual… and looking forward to ART IN THE GARDEN this weekend!!!

Another morning entry into MUGSHOT MONDAY… from one of my pottery friends & high school art teacher who was starting her day off right with breakfast & handmade pottery!!! One of MY MUGS… and one of her plates from several years ago! Thanks Allison… I hope your first day of “virtual” school went smoothly!

Looks like it’s a fresh-picked morning in Pittsburgh!
Beautiful blackberries fresh off the vine… and into a cheery summer green bowl!
Thanks Jody… enjoy your homegrown treats!!!

And what’s better than a fun day at an art fair?… when friends drive two hours from Central Illinois just to see me, my pottery AND they bring homemade fudge!!! Plain chocolate & chocolate-marshmallow fudge!!! So yummy… fresh from Maurie’s Candy Shop down in Eureka, Illinois.

I love good friends & good fudge!!!
Thanks Keith & Julie so good to see you… and your fudge!!!

A fresh harvest in a pretty yellow bowl for the newly-dubbed Cherry Tomato Tuesday!!! Thanks for sharing Rosene!

How do you make a stamped blue bowl look even better?… fill it with peanut butter ice cream, that’s how! Looks like it’s just missing the gobs of hot fudge… or maybe that’s just me?! Looking good Kristy! Thanks for sharing.

Now we’re talking… fudge-covered mint OREO’s in a perfectly coordinated “mint green” bowl. Thanks for the photo Rosene… although MINE never make to a bowl??? Straight from package to mouth! No need to “dirty” the pottery!!!

Looks like a yummy stick-to-your-ribs kinda country breakfast over in Pittsburgh with my friends “celebrating” Monochromatic Monday in some handmade ceramic bowls!!!
