For the NORTHERN ILLINOIS POTTERY TOUR, I am one of the Invited Guest Artists at the Sandwich, Illinois location! What a wonderful weekend we just had at the HINSDALE FINE ARTS FESTIVAL! The weather was amazing for both days… sunny, breezy & perfect under the shade tree by my booth! Huge THANKS to everyone who came out to visit, do a little shopping, or just to enjoy the outdoors! I sent a lot of pottery off to their forever homes… and saw a lot of smiling faces of friends old & new! So nice to finally see people actually smiling again… and not just squinting over their masks! Thanks again… it was the perfect way to kick-off my art fair season!

The sun is shining and it looks like great weather for Day Two of the HINSDALE FINE ARTS FESTIVAL. We’ll all be in Burlington Park in downtown Hinsdale from 10:00am-5:00pm. I’m restocking the shelves, so there will be plenty of pottery for everyone… including more berry bowls which look like they’re really having fun playing in the sun this morning. C’mon by… I’m in Booth #69 under a great shade tree where the cooling breezes are!

We had a wonderful day at the HINSDALE FINE ARTS FESTIVAL today. Incredible weather, nice shade, sweet breeze… and a great booth neighbor to play with! I’ve know Rhonda Gurgone for a couple years now from the art fair circuit… but we’ve never gotten quite this much time to hang out together. If you happen to swing by the fair tomorrow, be sure to pop in to say “Hi”, She makes great jewelry pieces out of vintage & historical buttons. You can tell that she loves what she does… and LOVES sharing the stories behind every button!!!!
