After two years of pandemic virtual tours, it’s so exciting to see that the St. Croix Valley Pottery Tour will once again be going live & in-person this Spring. So much fun to see so much beautiful pottery over the course of a weekend… driving from studio location to studio location… chatting with over 60 talented potters… picking up a few pieces for my own collection along the way… and forever daydreaming that I might one day be invited to be part of the “Pottery Tour” instead of just a patron! Dare to dream, right…

Been working on measuring mugs this afternoon… important things like height & volume. Trying to get everything ready for tomorrow’s big ETSY Shop update! For now all thirty mugs are on my table with yellow post-it notes trying to keep track of everything!!!

After packing away all of the Holiday Home Show shelving… which is also my art fair shelving… I knew I was running a little low on the little silver shelving pins. You know how you drop one in the grass and can’t ever find it?! Eventually you run low on them. So I decided to swing by IKEA to buy a few extra back-up pins. I was impressed by how helpful & friendly they were… and then blown-away when they said they were FREE!!!

Guess maybe I should have asked for more?!

HUGE THANKS to all of the “Procrastinator’s” out there who stopped by my studio today to do a little last-minute holiday shopping! It was great to see so many mugs head out the door… soon to be wrapped up & placed under a tree somewhere!!!
