Who knew that retro Valentine Cards had so much pottery in them?! Lots of teapots, bowls & cups to brighten your day with some really bad puns!!! You know I like a good “Dad Joke” as much as the next… but seriously?!

Been working on measuring mugs this afternoon… important things like height & volume. Trying to get everything ready for tomorrow’s big ETSY Shop update! For now all thirty mugs are on my table with yellow post-it notes trying to keep track of everything!!!

Finally getting around to finishing up a little commission… of little side plates. Half with a spiral, half without a spiral… but all with stamped perimeters!!! Drying now… need to be bisque fired still… looking forward to glazing them soon!

I’m kinda thinking it might be time for another online mug sale?! So today I’m enjoying the sun streaming through the window as I’m photographing a bunch of mugs! Mugshot Monday should be a nice day to kick-off my ETSY Store re-fresh… as long as I can stay focused and not get distracted by this sunny afternoon?!

After throwing-off-the-hump, my LILLSTREET THROWDOWN peeps turned their attention from matching mini bowls… to matching serving bowls! They had three pounds for each bowl, and plenty of time to make them as “perfectly matching” as they could. Plenty of time to throw two bowls… plenty of time to throw a replacement bowl or two… plenty of time to overthink things… plenty of time to push too far until they flop!

They all did a great job… but no winner was chosen! As the “real challenge” is to come back to class next week with two perfectly matching & perfectly TRIMMED serving bowls!!!
