This morning I had some “technical difficulties” as I had forgotten to recharge the battery in my camera. I got about nine shots before it died. And then the below-freezing temps zapped the battery in my iPhone after about six more shots. Frozen. Dead.

Luckily, I did get to see the undulating waves of slush along the shore. Literally. Slush. Like a really big Slurpee! This is the same area that had the huge piles of frozen shards everywhere!

Luckily I got a few nice pictures, but none when the sun actually made an appearance.
