Nothing dresses up an empty dining room table than some handmade pottery! Thanks Erin for sharing the newest additions to your dining room… a nice blue stamped platter and a stamped vase to hold the flowers!

Looks like I have a couple final soldiers working their way through my garden. I thought the dahlias were done blooming… but then this little guy came out to say hello!
Memo to self… plant more dahlias next year!
I mean, who doesn’t like a quick snack of spinach dip & crackers???… but it looks so much more impressive when served on a green sgraffito plate! So fancy for a quick appetizer Julie… thanks for upgrading your dip!!!
You know how much I love rusty metal… and this kinda fits in that same category. Vintage metalwork & craftsmanship on an old cabinet of postal mailboxes. A wonderful antique piece that my friend Eric picked up on a recent work trip to Omaha… which he’s planning on using as a cabinet for wine bottles. Kinda jealous… I love it too!!!… but I would fill mine with Oreos, Twizzlers, marshmallows & Gummy Bears! Good score Eric!!!
Always fun when your next door neighbors leave you a few flowers on the back porch… because they KNOW you have better things to display them in than the plastic water bottle they’ve been using! Thanks Melanie & Mia… they look so much happier now!
Both of my classes have been busy making batches of stamps to use on future pots… they still need to be bisqued before the can use them. I wonder where they got this fantastic idea???
Looks like Jody is enjoying a little snack… red wine over ice, with bread & butter. Always a tasty treat… but even more so on handmade pottery! Thanks for sharing Jody… even though some have said it looks a bit more like Communion than a snack?!!!
A nice frilly fern for another natural TEXTURE TUESDAY.
Looks like this Little Red Devil has found his calling… earning his keep holding pencils & pens while making Patty laugh while working at her office desk all day!
Celebrating a little MUGSHOT MONDAY… with a sad occasion for my friend Kristen! My mugs may be food-safe, dishwasher-safe & microwave-safe… but they are NOT gravity-safe! Too bad Kristen learned that lesson the hard way… luckily she has a few back-ups & a few “imposters” we need to work on replacing!!! Hint, hint…
