Around every corner as we strolled around the City after the HOT CHOCOLATE RUN.

A little cloudy to start, but it definitely cleared up to become a beautiful day for playing downtown yesterday!

Even though we didn’t dress up, several others did for the HOT CHOCOLATE RUN yesterday!

I mean, I had to stay “on-theme“, right?! Faux s’mores at the Expo…
and chocolate bundt cake after the race!

Yesterday was the HOT CHOCOLATE RUN through downtown Chicago!
So much fun spending the day with my Dad & niece Taylor who both completed their first ever 5K Race… okay, so we walked… but still, a 5K!!! Gotta start somewhere!!!

So I’m guessing that I’m one of the few people who actually look forward to Daylight Saving Time ending. Sure, it’s darker a lot sooner in the evening… but it does give me that “extra” hour in the morning to get back out on my bike for some sunrise fun!!!
